Summary of ad hoc communication

As communicated by the ECB, participants in the third series of TLTROs (TLTRO III) shall have the option of repaying early, in full or in part, the amounts borrowed. Accordingly, on 25 Sep 2024 a total of EUR 5048.86 million will be repaid by 19 counterparties in tender 20210155.

As communicated by the ECB, participants in the third series of TLTROs (TLTRO III) shall have the option of repaying early, in full or in part, the amounts borrowed. Participants to the TLTRO III operation 10 (tender 20210155), who wish to make use of the early repayment option on 25 September 2024 (settlement date of the early repayment), shall notify the relevant National Central Bank (NCBs) by 11 September 2024 at 17.00 CE(S)T, at the latest, regarding the amounts they intend to repay on the settlement date. Early repayment amounts become binding upon notification to the NCBs. Participants shall provide notification of the repayment amount according to the operational procedures established by the relevant NCB. The total repayment amount per TLTRO operation will be publicly announced on 13 September 2024 by 12.05 CE(S)T.

Accordingly, on 26 June 2024 a total of EUR 17105.57 million will be repaid. This amount corresponds to repayments of EUR 14434.30 million by 18 counterparties in tender 20210119 and EUR 2671.27 million by 22 counterparties in tender 20210155.

Participants to the TLTRO III operations 9 to 10 (tenders 20210119 and 20210155), who wish to make use of the early repayment option on 26 June 2024 (settlement date of the early repayment), shall notify the relevant National Central Bank (NCBs) by 12 June 2024 at 17.00 CE(S)T, at the latest, regarding the amounts they intend to repay on the settlement date. Accordingly, on 27 March 2024 a total of EUR 35844.39 million will be repaid. This amount corresponds to repayments of EUR 5775.00 million by 25 counterparties in tender 20210078, EUR 28147.80 million by 32 counterparties in tender 20210119 and EUR 1921.59 million by 16 counterparties in tender 20210155.
